Thank you so much. Pooh and Lamb Chop were awesome (despite the 3 screaming kids – just ask them). But really, they were my kids’ 2 favorite things of the whole Kid’s Fest! I had talked to Margaret (one of the owners of Mustard Seed) and she said she has already called you about Mother’s Day! Thanks again (and thank you for coming in; I was so glad to meet you!) I’ve been promoted to events coordinator after this, so I promise I’ll be in touch with you soon! (July is Bluesberry Fest so think of how you can help us!!)

Just a quick note of thanks for helping me pull together the party for Madison. It was a big hit with the girls and moms, and the moms all took your card. It is such a pleasure dealing with highly professional people such as yourself (and Chelsea was terrific)!

Being in sales customer service is how I make my living so I wanted to express to you how impressed I was with your company. Beginning from when I called you to inquiry about your services to the actual day of our party. Your service was and is outstanding and I truly appreciate that. It was such a big day for my daughter and so much work went into the planning of the event is was a great feeling to know that I didn't have to worry about this aspect. Your staff was outstanding as well. Our doll was on time and gave individual attention to all of the girls at the party. It was a pleasure to have her at our party and all of my guest commented on how professional, polite and friendly she was. It didn't hurt that her resemblance to the actually doll was striking. Dear Cheryl,

To say that you and your associates did an outstanding job with our VIP party and Grand Opening, would be an understatement. It was my lucky day when you dropped by Pinnacle to offer your services.

From the moment we spoke, I felt very confident that you would be able to interpret what J wanted and make it a reality. And I was right. The decorations were done to perfection and the talent that you brought to entertain our guests was superb. Above all, the enthusiasm and competence for the job that you exuded, allowed me to relax and take care or my own responsibilities throughout the weekend.

I cannot thank you enough for all you did to get the appropriate costumed characters for the new product presentation for Lanier. The characters blended perfectly with their presenters. From the magicians to Uncle Sam to the gorilla, juggler, and fire-eater - they were very happy with the professionalism and spontaneity of the actors and actresses.

Dear Cheryl,

It's not often that I write a check to someone for $18,400.00 and then turn around and thank them! I enjoyed my training for Party Animals and am excited about my new opportunity.
